Full-Stack & App Engineer

You'll build the Pliko app and the system behind it, on top of a licensed banking partner's infrastructure. You'll work with an experienced technical advisor who helps with architecture and security, so you'll learn fast.

  • Build the app for iOS and Android with Flutter or React Native
  • Build the backend: user accounts, payment history and QR payments
  • Connect the app to the partner bank's APIs
  • Implement biometric login, push notifications and security measures
  • Publish the app on the App Store and Google Play

Çfarë sjell ti

  • 2+ years of experience, or strong personal projects you can show us
  • Flutter or React Native, plus one backend language (Node.js, Kotlin or Go)
  • Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL and REST APIs
  • Interest in fintech and security; payments experience is a plus
  • Albanian and English

Compliance & Risk Officer (AML)

You'll make sure Pliko follows the Bank of Albania's rules and anti-money-laundering law. You'll work with our partner bank and an external AML consultant who will mentor you.

  • Write and maintain the AML/CFT, KYC and risk policies
  • Check identity verification of users and merchants
  • Monitor transactions and report suspicious activity
  • Prepare documents for the partner bank and, later, our own licence application

Çfarë sjell ti

  • Degree in law, economics or finance
  • 1–2 years in compliance, AML, audit or banking; graduates with a banking internship welcome
  • Basic knowledge of Albanian AML and payment services law
  • Precise, organised and comfortable with long documents
  • Fluent Albanian and good English; CAMS or ICA is a plus

You'll be the face of Pliko. You'll build relationships with merchants, banks and partners, run our social media, and keep the day-to-day administration in order.

  • Plan, create and post content on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Handle admin: contracts, invoices, scheduling and contact with our accountant
  • Organise events, meetings and the launch together with the founder

Çfarë sjell ti

  • 1+ year in sales, customer relations, marketing or admin; internships count
  • Confident with business owners and comfortable with field work
  • Experience creating social content (Canva, CapCut or similar)
  • Organised, reliable, good with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Fluent Albanian and good English; Italian or German is a plus
